This includes implementing data property rights systems, formulating data property rights allocation rules adapted to specific scenarios such as the development of artificial intelligence, guidelines for the application of data property rights systems in the judicial field, and typical dispute cases in the data field. It also involves exploring the formation mechanism of authorized operation pricing for public data resources and promoting fair distribution of benefits. Research will also be conducted on improving the mechanism for data revenue distribution.
