L Wuqin has been appointed as Assistant Minister of the Ministry of Public Security; Chi Jingyang has been appointed as Deputy Director of the National Immigration Administration; Feng Chengyou has been appointed as Deputy Director of the China Geological Survey. Lin Tao has been removed from the position of Vice Secretary-General of the State Council; Zhang Yong has been removed from the position of Deputy Director of the National Immigration Administration; Xu Xueyi has been removed from the position of Deputy Director of the China Geological Survey.
