American building products distributor QXO acquires TopBuild for $17 billion.

On April 19th local time, American building products distributor QXO announced that they have reached a final agreement to acquire insulation materials and related building products company TopBuild for $17 billion. The transaction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2026.
