Recently, it was learned from the Hainan Provincial Market Supervision Bureau that since the implementation of the first standardized guiding technical document "Standardized Guidance for the Electronicization of the Entire Process of Business Entity Registration" on February 1 this year, it has promoted the connection of the registration services in our province with the unified national large market basic system, making business entity registration more simple and convenient. It is reported that, thanks to the comprehensive implementation of the closed-loop policy of the Hainan Free Trade Port, the gathering power of global production factors is continuously increasing, and more and more companies are changing from "wait and see" to "entering the market." In addition to a series of registration facilitation reform measures introduced by Hainan, by the end of March this year, two months after the implementation of the "Regulations," the number of new business entities in the province increased by 52,103, a 75% increase compared to the same period last year.
