Sinclair hydroelectric power station completed final handover to support energy development in Ecuador.

Ecuador Power Company and China Energy Construction Corporation signed the "Final Handover Certificate" of the Sinclaire Hydroelectric Station project in Quito, the capital of Ecuador, on the 17th, marking the completion of all performance procedures of the project. Antonio Hachme, general manager of the Ecuador Power Company, stated at the signing ceremony that this marks a new development stage for the Sinclaire Hydroelectric Station project. With the strong support of the government, the cooperation between the two countries has achieved important results, and the operation of the Sinclaire Hydroelectric Station provides a solid guarantee for the stable operation of Ecuador's energy system. Zhang Guolai, general manager of the Americas Regional Headquarters of China Energy Construction Corporation, said that in the future, the company will work with the Ecuador side in the operation and maintenance of the power station as a technical service provider, ensuring the long-term stable, efficient, and safe operation of the power station. Through intelligent and digital means, the company will maximize the generation efficiency, benefiting the people of Ecuador continuously. Chinese Ambassador to Ecuador, Sun Xiangyang, and Javier Isaa, Acting Deputy Minister of Electricity from the Ministry of Environment and Energy of Ecuador, were present at the signing ceremony.
