Hezbollah reaffirms its "cautious commitment" to a ceasefire with Israel.

Hezbollah said in a statement on Friday that the party's parliamentary delegation reiterated its "careful commitment" to the ceasefire with Israel. A political figure of the armed group stated that the ceasefire between Lebanon and Israel was mainly achieved under pressure from Iran. However, they also criticized the Lebanese government for "taking a path of compromise and succumbing to the will of the enemy." Hezbollah's political figure said, "The diplomatic means and appeals of the Lebanese government have failed to save lives or prevent violations of national sovereignty and territory. Instead, these measures are pushing Lebanon onto a dangerous track, facing excessive demands from the enemy. These demands harm national sovereignty, security, and internal stability, and could even lead to the country losing its natural resources."
