The two-year German bond yield fell by about 11 basis points on Friday, dropping more than 19 basis points this week.
At the end of the European market on Friday, the yield on German 10-year government bonds fell by 7.2 basis points to 2.960%, with a cumulative decline of 9.8 basis points for the week. Before 20:30 Beijing time on Friday, it continued to decline steadily, followed by a short-term decline in trading after that, with overall trading in the range of 3.096% to 2.945%. The yield on two-year German bonds fell by 10.9 basis points to 2.408%, with a significant drop in the last 15 minutes before 21:00 on Friday, resulting in a cumulative decline of 19.4 basis points for the week. The yield on 30-year German bonds fell by 4.9 basis points to 3.541%, with a cumulative decline of 4.4 basis points for the week. The yield spread between 2-year and 10-year German bonds increased by 3.592 basis points to +54.825 basis points, with a cumulative increase of 9.626 basis points for the week.
