Net profit was 2.6541 million yuan, compared to a net loss of 1.1373 million yuan in the same period last year. The profit distribution plan approved by the board of directors is as follows: based on 95.68 million as the base, a cash dividend of 0.3 yuan will be distributed to all shareholders for every 10 shares, no bonus shares will be given, and 0 shares will be converted into capital reserves for every 10 shares for all shareholders.
