Brazil's national oil company has signed an agreement to acquire 75% of the stake in the offshore Block 3 of So Tom and Prncipe from Orlanto Petroleum and serve as operator. The block is currently held by Orlanto, with the National Petroleum Agency of So Tom and Prncipe holding a 10% stake.
