On April 16, Huatai Property Insurance Co., Ltd. announced that due to personal reasons, Li Yunhuan has resigned from the position of General Manager of the company. According to the resolution of the 10th ad hoc meeting of the Ninth Board of Directors of the company, the Board of Directors has appointed Deputy General Manager CAI ZHENGYUAN as the temporary person in charge of the company, with a designated period not exceeding six months. In response to this personnel adjustment, the relevant person in charge of Huatai Property Insurance stated that after Mr. Li Yunhuan resigned from the position of General Manager for personal reasons, the company appointed Mr. Cai Zhengyuan as the temporary person in charge and strictly reported to the Shenzhen Financial Regulatory Bureau in accordance with regulatory requirements. The company's relevant internal procedures regarding the subsequent arrangement for the position of General Manager have been progressing in accordance with the law and regulations. Once the qualification approval procedures required by the regulators are completed, the company will fulfill its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner. During the transition period, Mr. Cai Zhengyuan, as the temporary person in charge, will fully oversee the daily operational work with clear decision-making mechanisms, ensuring the continuity and stability of the implementation of the company's strategies.
