Green City Water Affairs announced that on April 16th, they received notification from the controlling shareholder that the legal representative and chairman of the company, Huang Donghai, is under investigation and has been detained by the Nanning Municipal Supervisory Committee. The company's governance system is standardized, and daily operations are being managed by the executive team. Other directors and senior executives are functioning normally, and production operations are running smoothly, with no significant impact from this matter. With the recommendation of more than half of the directors, Director Zhou Baijian will be acting in place of the related responsibilities. The company will monitor the progress and disclose information in a timely manner.
