On April 16th, Fitch has revised the long-term foreign and local currency issuer default rating outlook of Hangzhou Shangcheng District Urban Construction & Comprehensive Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hangzhou Shangcheng City Construction") from stable to positive and confirmed its rating as "BBB-".
