Bohai Chemical announced that its operating income in 2025 was 3.33 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 30.39%. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 646 million yuan, compared to a net loss of 632 million yuan in the same period last year. The board of directors of the company has decided not to distribute profits for the year 2025, nor to increase capital reserves by converting them into share capital.
