Special promotion conference on the development of low-altitude economy industry of central enterprises was held to better play a supporting and driving role and promote the safe, healthy and orderly development of the low-altitude economy industry.
On April 15, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) held a special promotion meeting on the development of the low-altitude economy industry of central enterprises, further studying and planning the work train of thought and specific measures for the development of the low-altitude economy of central enterprises. This is to promote central enterprises to achieve better development and play a greater role in the low-altitude economy, providing more powerful support for the construction of a modern industrial system. Zhang Yuzhuo, Secretary of the SASAC Party Committee and Director, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Pang Xiaogang, member of the SASAC Party Committee and Deputy Director, chaired the meeting. Relevant comrades from the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Civil Aviation Administration of China, as well as some responsible comrades of central enterprises, participated in the meeting on-site or via video.
At the meeting, the "White Paper on the Development of the Low-altitude Economy Industry of Central Enterprises" was released, and academicians from the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Chen Zhijie and Xiang Jinwu, respectively, discussed the characteristics and development trends of the low-altitude economy industry.
The meeting believed that the SASAC had thoroughly studied and implemented the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, incorporated the low-altitude economy into the industrial rejuvenation action of central enterprises, and promoted continuous breakthroughs in the R&D of low-altitude equipment, continuous improvement of low-altitude infrastructure, the rapid implementation of industry application scenarios, accelerated construction of industrial development ecosystem, and provided strong support for the good start of the low-altitude economy industry. The meeting emphasized that central enterprises should further enhance their political position, deeply understand that developing the low-altitude economy is a strategic measure to help shape new international competitive advantages and better support national security, and is an urgent need for central state-owned enterprises to cultivate and strengthen new productive forces and open up a "second growth curve", to effectively enhance their sense of responsibility, mission, and urgency, and accelerate the creation of internationally competitive low-altitude economy industry clusters.
The meeting required central state-owned enterprises to promote the high-quality development of the low-altitude economy in a prudent and orderly manner on the premise of strict risk control and ensuring safety. They should strengthen overall promotion, strengthen planning guidance, increase investment, serve as long-term capital, strategic capital, and patient capital for the development of the low-altitude economy; strengthen key core technology research and development, improve the industry's common technology supply capability, and accelerate innovation and iteration of low-altitude aviation equipment; effectively serve as the national team and main force for the construction of low-altitude infrastructure, accelerate the improvement of existing infrastructure service guarantee capabilities, promote the collaborative layout and organic connection of low-altitude infrastructure with energy, information, and other infrastructure, more accurately adapt to urban application scenarios, develop a low-altitude intelligent network system for the future; nurture an open and win-win industrial ecosystem, actively connect with local industrial plans, further open up application scenarios, jointly cultivate new low-altitude consumption formats with the upstream and downstream of the industry chain, constantly gather development momentum for the low-altitude economy industry, and accelerate the quality improvement of the low-altitude economy industry development.
Central enterprises such as Aviation Industry Corporation of China, China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, China Telecom, and State Grid Corporation of China, as well as responsible comrades from Guangzhou and Chengdu, exchanged speeches at the meeting. State Grid Corporation of China, China Unicom, China Mobile, and China Railway Signal & Communication Corp., Ltd., among the four central enterprises, communicated in writing. Relevant leaders of the SASAC attended the meeting.
