Five foundations in Jiangsu had their registration certificates revoked.

According to news from Jiangsu Province, on April 16th, it was learned from the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Civil Affairs that after investigation, the Fudi Elderly Charity Development Foundation of Jiangsu Province, the Shuangyao Elderly Care Development Foundation of Jiangsu Province, the Jinlian Elderly Care Development Foundation of Jiangsu Province, the Ziyu Assistance Elderly Foundation of Jiangsu Province, and the Rongsheng Love Foundation of Jiangsu Province did not submit the work reports and financial accounting reports for the years 2023 and 2024 as required by law, violating Article 13 of the Charity Law of the People's Republic of China. The Jiangsu Provincial Department of Civil Affairs issued a warning administrative penalty in 2025 for these organizations failing to submit their 2022 work reports and financial accounting reports as required by law. Pursuant to Article 110, paragraph 1, item 8, and paragraph 3 of the Charity Law of the People's Republic of China, administrative penalties have been imposed on these 5 foundations to revoke their registration certificates.
