According to industry sources, many electronic cloth manufacturers are facing tight inventory, with some companies having less than ten days of stock. The overall expansion progress of the industry is constrained by the bottleneck in supply of looms, making it difficult to replenish inventory in the short term. Industry insiders believe that with the loom bottleneck unresolved and production capacity tilting towards high-end fabrics, the strong market for electronic cloth will continue, and the price increase cycle is not yet over. Li Yang, deputy director of Guojin Securities Research Institute and chief analyst of building materials and new materials, said that the inventory of electronic cloth companies is low. Currently, most companies are operating at full capacity, producing as much as they can sell. A sales representative from Honghe Technology's wholly owned subsidiary Huangshi Honghe Sales Department said, "There is less than 10 days of stock left, the shortage is very serious, and prices increase significantly every month." A staff member at China Jushi Sales Department stated that the overall supply of electronic cloth products is quite tight at the moment.
