Regarding the accusations of plagiarism of Zhang Xue's motorcycle brand logo, Hangzhou Barton Brand Design Co., Ltd. issued a statement on April 14th, stating that the logo design was independently created by Barton and the related trademark has been applied for and registered with the National Intellectual Property Office. The company stated that they welcome and support any party who believes their rights have been violated to resolve the issue through legal means. It is understood that Zhang Xue, the founder of Zhang Xue Motorcycles, had previously stated that the logo was designed by a design company in Hangzhou, including visual and storefront image, at a cost of 400,000 yuan.
