Christophe Fouquet, CEO of ASM, stated in a financial report that "chip demand is surpassing supply. In line with this, and with long-term agreements signed with customers, our clients are accelerating their capacity expansion plans for 2026 and beyond." He mentioned that in the past few months, customers have raised their short and medium-term demand expectations for the company's products. "ASM's order intake continues to remain strong," he added.
