According to the official website of the Shanghai Property Transaction Center, on April 11th, the daily online signing volume of second-hand houses in Shanghai reached 1632 units. This data not only broke the previous two single-day transaction peaks of 1585 units on March 28th and 1472 units on March 14th this year, but also set a new record for the daily online signing volume of second-hand houses in Shanghai in the past five years.
