Stanley: Partial shareholding pledged by controlling shareholder and pledge released.

Stanley's announcement stated that recently, major shareholders Gao Wen'an and Gao Wenkao pledged 12.919 million shares and 15.5025 million shares, respectively, accounting for 31.25% and 31.70% of their total holdings, and 1.12% and 1.35% of the total share capital of the company, to supplement working capital. Gao Wen'an and Gao Wenkao respectively released pledges of 20.46 million shares and 24.45 million shares, accounting for 49.48% and 50% of their total holdings, and 1.77% and 2.12% of the total share capital of the company. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the controlling shareholders and their concerted action parties have pledged a total of 149 million shares, accounting for 24.73% of their total holdings and 12.98% of the total share capital of the company. The above-mentioned pledges will not cause a change in the actual control of the company and there is no risk of forced liquidation.
