The company was established in July 2022, with He Ran as the legal representative. Its business scope includes quantum computing technology services, software development, and import and export of goods. It is currently jointly owned by Han Yongjian, Huang Yunfeng, and the aforementioned new shareholders. Public information indicates that the company is a technology company focused on the development of ion trap quantum computers, founded by several professors and doctors from the University of Science and Technology of China and the Quantum Information Key Laboratory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
