On April 10, the Ministry of Finance issued an administrative penalty decision against ZTE Caiguanghua Certified Public Accountants. According to the content of the administrative penalty decision, starting from June 2025, the Ministry of Finance organized an inspection team to conduct a quality inspection of ZTE Caiguanghua and extended the inspection to related enterprises. It was found that ZTE Caiguanghua had quality problems in multiple audit projects, including audit issues related to the financial statements of three "Dongxu series" enterprises such as Dongxu Group Co., Ltd., Dongxu Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd., and Dongxu Blue Sky New Energy Co., Ltd. The mentioned three enterprises had been heavily fined by the securities regulatory authorities for financial fraud and fraudulent issuance.
