The newly elected president of Myanmar, Min Aung Hlaing, officially takes oath of office.
On the morning of April 10th local time, Myanmar's elected president Min Aung Hlaing was sworn in in Naypyidaw. On that morning, the Myanmar Federal Parliament held a meeting in Naypyidaw to conduct the swearing-in ceremony for the elected president, vice president, and new government members. Myanmar's elected president Min Aung Hlaing, vice president Nu Nu and Nani Ni Aye officially took the oath of office in front of the Speaker of the Federal Parliament. This new government has 31 federal ministries, with a total of 30 ministers. Subsequently, newly appointed ministers of various ministries, the Chief Justice of the Federal Supreme Court, judges of the new Constitutional Court, members of the Federal Election Commission, and others will also be sworn in.
