Jun Da Corporation announced that in order to promote the development of Shanghai Fuyao Xinghe Aerospace Technology, a subsidiary, Vice Chairman and Deputy General Manager Zheng Hongwei intends to subscribe to its increased registered capital with 14 million yuan in cash. The company will waive its priority subscription rights. After the capital increase, Fuyao Xinghe's registered capital will increase to 11.28 million yuan, and Jun Da Corporation's shareholding ratio will decrease from 60.00% to 58.51%.
