The State Postal Administration held a meeting of the Director's Office.

On April 9th, the State Postal Administration held a director's office meeting, chaired by Director Zhao Chongjiu, with Deputy Directors Liao Jinrong, Chen Kai, Shen Hongyan, and Zhou Zhaohua in attendance. The meeting required, first, to strengthen accountability, adhere to the responsibility system where the Party committee of the bureau is responsible overall, leaders in charge lead the handling, and departments involved bear their responsibilities, establish work logs, solidify handling responsibilities, form collaboration, continuously improve the quality and efficiency of handling suggestions and proposals, and strengthen and improve work through accepting supervision. Second, to closely communicate, treating communication and consultation as a necessary part of handling suggestions and proposals, turning the handling of suggestions and proposals into a process of understanding situations, seeking advice, publicizing policies, and building consensus, truly achieving "responding to the people's needs as they arise." Third, to adhere to handling suggestions and proposals as an effective means and important focus for promoting high-quality industry development, making efforts to translate the insights of representatives into specific policies and measures, and addressing key and difficult issues of concern to representatives and the public.
