Han Guo Real Estate and Jianye Industrial Co. sell the property of Tokyo Asakusa Hotel.

On the morning of April 8th, Han Guo Real Estate and Jianye Industrial issued a joint announcement. On April 6, 2026, The Bauhinia Hotels Group Japan 2 and the buyer entered into an agreement to sell the property for a price of 2.7225 billion yen. The Bauhinia Hotels Group Japan 2 is funded and controlled solely by a joint venture company, in which Best Range Global holds a 60% stake. The property is located in Asakusa, Taito-ku, Tokyo, Japan, consisting of 161 capsule rooms and 5 hotel rooms. Considering the current market conditions, especially the uncertainties brought about by recent Middle East armed conflicts, the management of Jianye Industrial and Han Guo Real Estate believe that the sale is a good opportunity to liquidate this investment and release funds for future investment opportunities.
