Belgian marine engineering contractor Jan De Nul Group has successfully launched its second new generation cable laying vessel, the "Willem de Vlamingh", to expand its capabilities and support the growing offshore wind and interconnection projects. The "Willem de Vlamingh" is currently the world's largest and most powerful cable laying vessel, alongside its sister ship, the "Isaac Newton".
