Due to the uncertainty brought about by the Iran war and actions taken by President Trump, investors are trading stocks at record speeds. The daily turnover rate of the State Street Bank SPDR S&P 500 Index ETF has already exceeded $60 billion 29 times this year, a level considered as a "panic" indicator. The S&P 500 Index has dropped by approximately 5.2% from its historical high, and the market is currently in a tense situation. Some investors are showing signs of fatigue, and hedge funds are also pulling out of global stock markets. According to Bloomberg industry research strategist Athanasios Psarofagis, this level is seen as a "panic indicator," compared to only 28 occurrences throughout the whole of 2025.
