Vanke plans to hold a meeting for the holders of its 23rd series of MTN001 bonds on April 17 to review matters related to the extension of the maturity date.

According to the Shanghai Clearing House website, Vanke Corporation Limited's 2023 first tranche of medium-term notes holder meeting is scheduled to be held on April 17, 2026, to prudently advance the repayment of principal and interest of this tranche of bonds, and to review matters related to extending the maturity of this tranche of bonds.
