On April 3, the Beijing Financial Supervision Bureau website issued a reply approving the qualifications of Zhang Jie's appointment as Chief Risk Officer of BMW Automotive Finance Co., Ltd. The company is required to ensure that the approved personnel strictly comply with the relevant regulatory provisions of the financial supervision bureau, and report to work within three months from the date of this administrative licensing decision, and timely report the situation of taking office as required. If the approved personnel fail to take office within the specified period, this approval document shall be invalid, and the administrative licensing cancellation procedures shall be handled by the deciding authority.
