Notice from Lehu International: On April 2, 2026, the company received a notice from the Shanghai Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application for the issuance of securities by Ningbo Lehu International Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. The Shanghai Stock Exchange has reviewed the prospectus and related application documents submitted by the company, and deemed them to be complete and in compliance with legal requirements, and has decided to accept them for review in accordance with the law. The issuance of stocks to specific entities is still subject to approval by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and can only be implemented after obtaining approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
