Wei Haomei announced that it will merge with Unilever's food business.

On March 31st, Wei Hao Mei Company announced that it has reached an agreement to merge with Unilever's food business, with a combined revenue of nearly $20 billion in the fiscal year of 2025. After the completion of the transaction, Unilever and its shareholders are expected to hold 65% of the merged company's shares.
