Changxin Technology: Subsidiary signs 262 million yuan computing power service contract

Changxin Technology Announcement: Subsidiary Wuhu Changxin Zhisuan Technology Co., Ltd. signed a "Computing Power Service Contract" with China Unicom Qinghai Green Computing Technology Co., Ltd., with a contract amount of 2.62 billion yuan including taxes and a service period of five years. According to the contract, China Unicom Qinghai Green Computing entrusts Changxin Zhisuan to provide computing power services, including platform model adaptation and migration services, network optimization and operation and maintenance support, service preparation, equipment quality assurance and after-sales service, operation and maintenance support, SLA services, software services, etc. The total contract price includes the computing power service fees for five years after the service starts, with the service fee for the first quarter being 13.0944 million yuan, to be paid in 20 installments.
