Sina Finance reported on March 31st that Guoguang Chain announced that the company plans to sign a "Lease Agreement" with Suichuan Jeremy Company to lease its commercial complex located in the east of Suichuan County, with a total construction area of 55,574.28 square meters. The lease term is from July 1, 2027 to June 30, 2047. The total lease payment during the preparation period and the first 24 months after opening is 10.99 million yuan, and thereafter 2.7498 million yuan per quarter. The total rent during the contract period is 209 million yuan. This transaction does not involve related transactions or major asset restructuring, does not require shareholder approval, is beneficial to enhancing the company's competitiveness, and has no significant adverse impact on the company's finances.
