As the first annual performance report after being listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Busy Miming Group achieved steady operation and high-quality growth in 2025. The total merchandise transaction volume in 2025 reached 93.569 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 68.5%; the company achieved operating income of 66.17 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 68.2%, adjusted net profit was 2.692 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 194.9%, and the gross profit margin increased to 9.8%. By the end of 2025, the total number of "Busy Snacks" and "Zhao Yiming Snacks" stores under the company reached 21,948, covering 30 provinces and all city levels in the country, with approximately 60% located in county towns and townships. According to the reports of the National Bureau of Statistics and Frost & Sullivan, the leisure food and beverage retail industry has a broad space, and the market size is expected to expand to 4.9 trillion yuan by 2029.
