China Mobile leads the release of the Key Laboratory of Smart Fusion Application Technology in Beijing.

According to People's Posts and Telecommunications News, on March 29, China Mobile, in conjunction with the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park Management Committee, organized the 2026 Zhongguancun Forum on "Integration and Development of Quantum Technology and Artificial Intelligence" parallel forum, engaging in in-depth discussions with various parties from government, industry, academia, research, and application on the current situation, opportunities, and challenges of the integration of quantum and artificial intelligence development. During the forum, the Beijing Key Laboratory for Application Technology of Quantum Intelligence Fusion led by China Mobile was officially launched. This laboratory focuses on the integration of quantum technology and artificial intelligence innovation, conducts research on application technologies for quantum computing and quantum communication, aims to gather and train composite talents in the intersection of quantum and artificial intelligence fields, build an internationally influential innovation source for quantum integration, accelerate the cultivation of the "quantum +" industry ecosystem, and promote the demonstration application and industrialization of quantum technology in multiple industries.
