Return the land parcels in Hefei and Chaohu, Overseas Chinese Town receives 2.321 billion yuan compensation.

Recently, Overseas Chinese Town announced that its indirectly-owned non-wholly owned subsidiary, Hefei Huanchao, plans to transfer back a land parcel in Chaohu to Chaohu Land Reserve Center through land acquisition and storage method, with a compensation fee of 596 million yuan; Hefei Overseas Chinese Town Industry plans to transfer back three land parcels in Hefei to Hefei Land Reserve Center through land acquisition and storage method, with a compensation fee of 1.725 billion yuan.
