Tiancheng Semiconductor successfully developed 14-inch silicon carbide single crystal material.

According to a report from Taiyuan Daily, recently, Tiancheng Semiconductor, an enterprise in the North Central High-tech Zone, successfully developed 14-inch silicon carbide single crystal material with a thickness of 30mm based on independent research and development equipment after breaking through the 12-inch silicon carbide. 14-inch silicon carbide single crystal material is mainly used for silicon carbide components, which are equipment parts made mainly of silicon carbide and its composite materials.
