According to the official website of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, data shows that on March 28, there were 442 newly constructed homes signed on the website, with a total signed area of 33,503.33 square meters. Among them, there were 210 residential properties signed, with a total signed area of 24,968.36 square meters; there were also 405 second-hand homes signed, with a total signed area of 36,016.64 square meters, including 379 residential properties signed, with a total signed area of 34,282.62 square meters.
