Liu Huanxin, director of the National Grain and Material Reserves Administration, recently stated that the "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan" outline will lead the direction of development for the grain industry. Large-scale equipment updates in grain processing, projects to improve the quality and efficiency of grain circulation, and the implementation of the whole grain action plan will help facilitate the transformation and upgrading of grain enterprises. The continued stable regulation of grain collection and storage will ensure a stable grain source guarantee. All of these create favorable conditions and provide strong support for the high-quality development of China's grain industry. Liu Huanxin made the above statements at a forum for private grain enterprises held by the National Grain and Material Reserves Administration. It was reported that since the beginning of this year, various policies supporting the development of the private economy have been continuously released. Private grain enterprises have faced challenges head-on, taken proactive actions, demonstrated strong resilience and vitality, and made positive contributions to the active purchase and sale of grain, the maintenance of stable operation of the grain market, and meeting the demand for high-quality grain and oil products among the people. "The National Grain and Material Reserves Administration will strengthen the regulation of grain collection and storage, promote the connection between production and sales, strengthen law enforcement supervision, improve the normal communication mechanism with private enterprises, and strive to provide better services for the development of private grain enterprises," said Liu Huanxin. He expressed hope that private grain enterprises will seize development opportunities, continue to grow, strengthen themselves, and excel, demonstrating new achievements and making new contributions to ensuring national food security and improving people's well-being.
