In 2025, the China Securities Regulatory Commission will build a rule of law government. In 2026, the China Securities Regulatory Commission will adhere to the principle of seeking progress while maintaining stability, and focus on preventing risks, strengthening supervision, and promoting high-quality development. They will enhance regulatory efficiency, protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors, and advance the modernization of the governance system and governance capacity of the capital market on the track of the rule of law. They will research and formulate a plan for the rule of law construction of the capital market, accelerate legislation and amendment in key areas, improve institutional inclusiveness, adaptability, competitiveness, and appeal. They will comprehensively implement the work requirements of cracking down on securities violations in a strict and lawful manner, adhere to strict and rigid supervision and law enforcement, and vigorously crack down on various securities and futures violations and crimes. They will strengthen the protection of small and medium investors in the capital market, promote more representative litigation cases and cases of prior compensation, and effectively enhance the sense of investor satisfaction.
