On March 27, 2026, the Pidu District Branch of Chengdu Public Security Bureau issued a police incident report: Recently, our office received a report from the public reflecting that someone had posted a video of "Didi driver insulting passengers" on an online platform, causing social attention. Upon receiving the report, our office immediately launched an investigation in accordance with the law. After investigation, it was found that the perpetrator, Li Mouguo, fabricated a "Didi driver dispute" scenario for attention and traffic, edited it, and posted it on the internet platform as a "Didi driver". This false video, after being spread, misled the public's perception, disrupted public order, and negatively impacted the image of the online car-hailing industry. Li Mouguo's actions constitute intentionally fabricating facts to disrupt public order. In accordance with the provisions of Article 29, Paragraph 1 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Security Administration Punishments, our office has imposed administrative penalties on him and closed his related online accounts in accordance with the law.
