The Haidian District People's Government signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the China Great Wall Internet Information Center, reaching deep cooperation on project landing, technology research and development, talent cultivation, and other areas. Great Wall Internet Network Group Co., Ltd. is the leading unit of a national basic Internet collaborative entity explicitly designated by relevant authorities. It is responsible for organizing and implementing the investment construction, secure operation, joint operation, and emergency response of special-purpose networks in accordance with overall planning and regulatory requirements, together with national basic telecommunication operators such as China Telecom and China Unicom, as well as relevant forces.
