Nasdaq Technology ETF JP Morgan: Secondary market premium prompt and temporary suspension on March 27th.

The Nasdaq Technology ETF, managed by JingShun, announced recently that the secondary market trading price of the fund has significantly exceeded the net asset value of the fund units, resulting in a large premium. To protect the interests of investors, the fund will suspend trading from the market open on March 27, 2026 until 10:30, at which time trading will resume. During the suspension period, subscription and redemption transactions will be processed as usual. If the premium does not effectively decrease on the same day, the fund reserves the right to take further suspensions. The fund is operating normally and there is no undisclosed information that should be disclosed.
