The average daily application volume of our country's electronic business license has exceeded 1.2 million times.

The State Administration for Market Regulation today released information on the issuance, application, and innovation of electronic business licenses in China. By the end of December 2025, a total of 1.11 billion business entities in the country had downloaded electronic business licenses 4.63 billion times, and had used electronic business licenses for identity authentication, online logins, electronic signatures, and other services over 10.02 billion times. The daily application volume exceeded 1.2 million times, and more than 1900 business systems in various regions and departments have integrated electronic business licenses. The State Administration for Market Regulation has deployed the "one license pass-through" electronic business license in Beijing, Shanghai, Hubei, Shenzhen, and other places for public resource trading and government procurement, allowing any enterprise in the country to complete the entire process of electronic bidding online using only an electronic business license, significantly reducing transaction costs. Leveraging the electronic business license system, the State Administration for Market Regulation has established a unified "enterprise code" coding and verification mechanism, promoting the application of "one enterprise, one license, one code", strengthening the integration and application of the "enterprise code" and other electronic licenses related to enterprises. This has effectively promoted the transformation of government services from being "able to be done" to being "easy to do, intelligently done".
