Analysts at Barclays point out in the report that defense demand is currently the strongest growth driver, contributing around 40%-50% of total revenue. By 2035, the drone market is expected to reach $250 billion, making it the second largest track in physical AI, with the entire physical AI market estimated to exceed $1 trillion by then.
