Tianhe Energy: Subsidiary Tianhe Technology plans to invest 45 million yuan to establish a joint venture company.

Tianhe Solar announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tianhe Solar Technology Co., Ltd., plans to jointly establish a joint venture with Tianhe Xingyuan Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., and Changzhou Xingyao Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise, with a registered capital of no more than 100 million yuan. Tianhe Technology will invest 45 million yuan, accounting for 45%; Xingyuan Enterprisemanagement will invest 30 million yuan, accounting for 30%; Xingyao Enterprisemanagement will invest 25 million yuan, accounting for 25%. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction and has been approved by the board of directors.
