According to Qichacha, Evergrande New Energy Technology Group Co., Ltd. was established in January 2019, with Li Linlin as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1 billion US dollars, fully owned by Evergrande Kaihong Investment (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.
