On March 24th, it was learned from the Xining Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee that the Xining Smart Computing Center project was officially signed and landed yesterday. This is the first green computing power benchmark project to land as part of the "Jingshu-Qingsu" cooperation. The project is located in the Nanchuan Industrial Park of the Xining Development Zone, with a total investment of 950 million yuan. It involves the transformation of about 3000 square meters of mobile computer rooms in the park and the construction of a 10,000P Flops hybrid computing power center, with an initial scale of 5000P Flops. The project is based on general computing power supplemented by domestic computing power, focusing on proprietary large-scale model services to provide low-cost and efficient computing power for leading companies such as Tencent and local small and medium-sized enterprises. This will promote the deep integration of artificial intelligence, big data, and Qinghai's advantages in new energy.
