According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Haina Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was established, with Shen Yijun as the legal representative. The business scope includes: manufacturing of discrete semiconductor devices; research and development of electronic specialty materials; manufacturing of non-metallic mineral products; sales of electronic specialty materials. According to the equity penetration shown by Qichacha, the company is wholly owned by Zhejiang Haina Semiconductor Co., Ltd. under Zhonghe Technology.
